Day 1Safari and Beach

For those who love nature, this is the perfect trip to get enrolled in. Biologists, environmental conservation specialists, and adventurers will love the experience equally!

Once we cross Futi River, we will reach the entrance to Elephant Reserve taking a short break to stretch our legs (they sell coffee at the entrance if you wish). Then, the game drive starts; we will drive slowly while appreciating and taking photos of Beautiful Nature and animals: herds of elephants around, giraffes, antelopes, zebras… We shall see all of them on our way to Ponta Milibangalala and passing by several lakes within this stunning reserve, plenty of birds and hippos and cradle for an unpredictable dense vegetation.

We are having lunch at Ponta Milibangalala, with an endless virgin beach full of fish and home for turtles and whales (only spotable during the season). You will have time for relax and swim while we take care of your lunch. Game viewing is not over yet.

We will set up our tents (we will teach you how) and leave everything ready to continue for a sunset safari to Lagoa Piti, where hopefully we will enjoy some wild activity at the end of the day.

Barbecue time and campfire to share stories and have fun.

Day 2Beach and Safari

We will wake up at 6 am, have breakfast, pack and start our game to the North to Ponta Chemucane, looking for more animals and breathless landscapes. We do recommend you to wake up before sunrise and enjoy this magic moment as you are so lucky having the opportunity of doing it at this no man’s land.

Our first stop will be in Anvil Bay, where you can swim or walk around to stretch your legs. Today we will have a light lunch and would take place in the middle of the Reserve in our way back to the exit.

Drive back to Maputo through Boane, which is faster than the ferry at this time, and wishes of having starred an amazing trip.

Note: There are 12 different campsites in the reserve, so our stay can change at any time if uncontrolled conditions force us to it.
